The logistics robot market is expected to grow 23.7% during 2021-2025, making robots an increasingly desirable solution to increase productivity.

Gupta shared some reasons for the logistics sector to leverage robots. The growth of e-commerce and changing customer behaviour become the main reasons why robotics are highly needed. In the end, the company's ability to process orders quickly and efficiently will affect customer satisfaction. Not to forget, the use of robotics can also minimise warehouse injuries that are often experienced by employees. Some of these include slipping, tripping, and falling due to scattered items or picking items on high shelves, as well as overexertion injuries due to improper techniques.

The logistics industry can definitely maximise its potential by utilising digitalisation through a fleet of autonomous robots.

CEO/Founder of Movel AI, Abhishek Gupta, said, “Through Movel AI's robotic navigation solution for robot fleets, Seirios FMS, the logistics industry can easily implement efficient workflows.” Human workers only need to delegate tasks to multiple robots to work together, without worrying about robot collisions. As a bonus, Seirios FMS comes with a sleek UI making its end users, even with non tech background, to manage the fleet of robots easily.

Referring to his experience, Gupta also mentioned that one of his prior clients had a large warehouse requiring its workers to walk many kilometres a day. By using robots to operate, humans can save energy and be assigned to more strategic and complex tasks. With this, warehouses can also operate 24/7, making companies more efficient and making end customers satisfied because they can get orders on time. As a result, this leads to satisfaction among employees, customers, and the company as a whole.
