The logistics robot market is expected to grow 23.7% during 2021-2025, making robots an increasingly desirable solution to increase productivity.

Gupta shared some reasons for the logistics sector to leverage robots. The growth of e-commerce and changing customer behaviour become the main reasons why robotics are highly needed. In the end, the company's ability to process orders quickly and efficiently will affect customer satisfaction. Not to forget, the use of robotics can also minimise warehouse injuries that are often experienced by employees. Some of these include slipping, tripping, and falling due to scattered items or picking items on high shelves, as well as overexertion injuries due to improper techniques.
